Remind Employees to Review W-4s
IRS regulations require employers to remind your employees every year,
by December 1, to review their W-4 status and file a new W-4 if necessary.
You can comply with this requirement by placing a message on the paycheck
stub. If you are really ambitious you can send an e-mail to all employees,
place the information on your company Intranet, or send a memo to all
employees with a new W-4.
