The Fort Worth, Texas Chapter of the American Payroll Association

The 2010 NWP artwork designed by Leila Barton.  Barton is a graduate of UT in Austin, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts.  Her paintings were exhibited at the UT Art Museum.  She has worked for the American Payroll Association for 13 years as the Lead Graphic Designer, where she has been nominataed and has won numerous awards for her creativity.
